Value added services
Insured service
It is a kind of value-added service based on the shipper's declaration of the value of the goods. In the process of express service, the shipper can explain the declared value of the consignment to the transhipment express, and pay the corresponding fees. When the goods are damaged or lost in the process of transportation, the transhipment express will make compensation according to the declared value of the consignment according to the relevant regulations and the actual situation.
Waiting for notice delivery
After the express arrives at the destination, it will not be delivered for the time being. After the shipper notifies the trans express, it will arrange the delivery.
Payment / warehousing fee
If the receiving / dispatching address is the warehouse, logistics center, bonded area, customs supervision area, etc., the non cross charging fees (outbound / warehousing fees) can be paid by the cross in advance, and the prepaid outbound / warehousing fees shall be settled together with the freight.
MSG service
Within 15 minutes after the goods are signed in, the shipper will be informed by SMS when and by whom the goods will be signed in. Day and night
Trans Express provides customers with 24-hour pick-up and delivery service, and ensures normal timeliness.
Waterproof packaging
In order to avoid the wet and water seepage of goods caused by weather change and transportation, waterproof film is specially used for waterproof packaging of goods. At the same time, woven bags are used to repack the goods, which can more effectively guarantee the waterproof and integrity of the goods, and can well prevent the leakage of customer information.
Entrusted receipt
If you need to entrust trans express to pick up at the designated point, you can call the exclusive sales department to get the "letter of entrusted pick-up", fill in it completely and send it to trans express. Trans express can accept the entrusted pick-up.
Payment for goods
While providing the shipper with fast goods (commodities) transportation services, trans express can collect the payment from the consignee on behalf of the shipper according to the requirements of the shipper, and guarantee to return the payment within 7 working days.
Sign receipt
According to the shipper's demand, the consignor and the receiver's goods list shall be returned to the shipper after being signed or sealed by the consignee. Transfer to third party payment
The transportation cost of the goods is not paid by the shipper or the consignee, but by a third party related to either party.
