Inside the pocket of the right waist, tuck in a colorful handkerchief, half of which is exposed outside the pocket. Feet wear embroidered cloth shoes, showing the vitality of youth. At the wedding ceremony, the bride wears a gitaku (Xibe headdress, i.e. cloth hairring), with shells, gemstones and gold and silver ornaments on it, and the next row of silver chains or beads on her eyebrows. Within one year after marriage, you should still wear gitaku when you take part in big festive activities.
The dress of daughter-in-law is no different from that of a girl, but it is more colorful than that of a girl. The hairstyle is also different. The daughter-in-law combs a "panlongji", with "bangs" in front of her forehead and "swallow tail" behind her head. The black hair on her head is covered up in a bun shape. In daily life, the braid is combed into a double braid or two "Paji" to form a big "pimple bun". Hair oil, no head oil, with elm skin bubble water is thick and bright. Face can be painted powder, mouth can be painted lipstick, can dye nails and so on. There is a gold hairpin on the head bun and a gold (silver, jade) bracelet on the wrist.
Married women have wings on their heads. Women wear earrings, bracelets, rings, etc. Both men and women wore black leg bands, while young women wore red and pink leg bands, and white leg bands at funerals. Today, Xibo people's clothing scattered in Northeast China is the same as that of Han and Manchu people. Although Xibo women in Xinjiang still like to wear Qipao, their skirts, hems and cuffs are mostly rimmed and long enough to reach their feet, their dress has changed significantly, especially for young people who wear dresses. Men wear a pair of T-shirts, trouser legs tied tightly at the ankles, and also wear a wide open robe in winter.
