According to the reply, the 3 communities and Chang Lou village, Zhu Jing, Hu Xiang, Qingyi village, and the 4 villages of Le, Hua, Ju Jin and Shengze, are under the jurisdiction of the North Hejing street, with a total area of 19.8 square kilometers and 12785 registered residence population. the urban agglomeration effect of the new beihejing street is becoming more and more obvious, and its development potential is huge. It is understood that the Xiangcheng District Party committee and the district government entrusted beihejing street to the direct leadership and management of the new high-speed railway city. The streets do not undertake the functions of planning and construction, land management, investment promotion, economic development, finance and capital management. These functions are undertaken by the high-speed railway new town. Beihejing street is mainly responsible for social undertakings, comprehensive management, preservation and appreciation of collective assets, community management services, relocation and liquidation.
