Zhixi town is a town under the jurisdiction of Jintan District of Changzhou City. It is located in the northwest of Jintan District of Changzhou City, bordering Dantu and Danyang of Zhenjiang City, belonging to the old town of Maoshan.

Zhixi town is located in the northwest of Jintan City, bordering Jincheng town along Tongji River in the East, Zhulin town in the south, Xuebu town in the west, Dantu Rongbing and Danyang Yanling in the north.

Zhixi town is high in the West and low in the East. The main river areas include Tongji River and Jiandu River, Tianhuang lake and Baotang lake. Jianchangwei and mashanmenwei cover an area of 665 hectares.
