Wangguanying Town, belonging to Fengrun District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Fengrun District, bordering luanzhou city in the East and Southeast, liujiaying Township in the south, jiangjiaying Township and Zuojiawu town in the west, huoshiying town in the north, with an administrative area of 97.1 square kilometers.

At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to nine districts of Fengrun County; in August 1984, it was withdrawn from the township and changed to Wangguanying town; in March 1993, it was converted to Zhai Township and merged into Fengrun District of Tangshan City; in May 2002, it was changed to Fengrun District of Tangshan city. History of construction

In 1958, it was the Wangguanying management area of Wangguanying people's commune.
