Historical evolution

Liyuan development zone was established in June 1992. it was approved as a provincial Development Zone in December 1993. In 2003, it was approved by the Ministry of science and technology of the people's Republic of China as the first specialized industrial design Park in China. in 1994, Yugang township was incorporated into the joint office, and in 1999, the original suburban vegetable management area was incorporated into the joint office. In 2001, xiyuannong, Hongqiao, Huanhu and Hubin villages in Liyuan Town were merged. In 2004, Dajishan village and Hujing village in Helong town were merged, and Xiyuan street was merged into Liyuan development zone. In February 2004, Yugang Township and Xiyuan street were abolished and Liyuan street was integrated.

It has two brands and one team working together with the Management Committee of the development zone. It covers an area of 2.5 square kilometers and has a population of 30000.
