Sijiazi Township
Sijiazi township is under the jurisdiction of Aihui District People's Government of Heihe city. Its full name is sijiazi Manchu Township. It is located in the east of the city, on the right bank of Heilongjiang, across the river from Russia in the East. The township government is 4 km away from the urban area.
Historical evolution
The name of sijiazi comes from the name of sijiazi village. According to local legend, during the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty (1862-1874), there were four families, Xu, Li, Guan and Fu, living here, so they were called "Si Jia (JIA) Zi". In 1683 (the 22nd year of the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty), after the establishment of Heilongjiang, now Sijiazi township is under the jurisdiction of the vice capital of Heilongjiang. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, after the establishment of Heihe Prefecture and Huihui Zhili hall in 1909 (the first year of Xuantong of the Qing Dynasty), dongxisijiazi and xiaosanjiazi in the north of Shijin River belonged to Heihe Prefecture; xiaowusili, Kalun mountain and Wudaogou in Henan belonged to Huihui Zhili hall. After the founding of the Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of the second district and the third district of Huihui County in 1914, and under the jurisdiction of the Second District in 1925. After the fall of Northeast China, sijiazibao was set up in 1936 and xisijiazi village was set up in January 1944. After the victory of the Anti Japanese war in 1945, Sijiazi district was set up and changed to the Second District in 1951. In April 1956, Sijiazi township was set up. In September 1958, it was renamed sijiazi people's commune. In July 1983, it was changed into Sijiazi township. the township has jurisdiction over seven villages, including xisijiazi, dongsijiazi, xiaosanjiazi, Wudaogou, dawusili, xiaousili and Kalun mountain. 3901 people (in 2017), with the population of Manchu, Daur and other ethnic minorities accounting for about 28%. The township government is located in xisijiazi village.

Sijiazi township is located in the plain along the river with fertile soil, which is one of the main grain producing areas in the city. The township covers a total area of 225 square kilometers, with cultivated land of 86000 mu, mainly planted with wheat, soybean, corn, etc. In 1992, the total output value of township enterprises was 7.92 million yuan.
