Jiadong street is located in the middle section of Jianguo Road, Dongfeng District, Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province. It is the junction of urban and rural areas, with an area of 3.6 square kilometers and 17919 residents (2010).

There are 7 administrative staff and 1 judicial staff in the office. Under the jurisdiction of five communities, residents from the chemical plant, the second construction, oil plant, power generation, thermal power four companies, electrical plant, railway and other family members.
