Zhaibei Township

Zhaibei Township, belonging to Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Pingshan County, bordering dongwangpo Township in the East, Sujiazhuang Township in the south, mengjiazhuang town in the West and Lingshou County in the north, with an administrative area of 106.73 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 13554 people registered residence in Zhai Bei township.

In 1949, Zhaibei Township belonged to mengjiazhuang District of Jianping County; in 1988, it was withdrawn and merged into Zhaibei township. As of June 2020, Zhaibei township has jurisdiction over 20 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Huikou village.

In 2011, the total financial revenue of Zhaibei township was about 2 million yuan. In 2018, there were 8 industrial enterprises and 23 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Zhaibei township.

History of construction

In 1949, Zhaibei Township belonged to mengjiazhuang District of Jianping County.

In 1957, Zhaibei township was established.

In September 1958, it belonged to Sujiazhuang commune of Pingshan County.

In 1961, Zhaibei commune was established.

In 1983, it belonged to Gangnan district.

In 1988, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged into Zhaibei township.
