Established in December 2008, Xinjian community covers an area of 0.5 square kilometers. Beautiful Caixin road passes through the district and is connected with the beautiful Bagong mountain. There are five residential districts, including 50 residential buildings and 1380 households. It has jurisdiction over Xinjian village 2, Hongjian village, liupailou, zhula village, Huainan No.10 middle school family area and sanjiaolou. There are 4526 permanent residents, 140 floating population, 4 administrative units and 1 hospital.

The community party organization and caixinlu police station jointly carried out public security patrol, and carried out the special rectification of cleaning up "three no" bicycles, checking rental houses and "non-toxic community" activities. It has purified the public security environment of the community, ensured the healthy development of the public security work of the community, no major crimes, and the crime rate is zero. 4. All community party organizations have built a considerate and convenient service network for the masses, continuously met the multi-level and diversified needs of the masses, established community housekeeping service stations, and carried out more than 20 convenient service projects. 6. We have carried out the "educating the people" activity with the theme of striving to be a civilized citizen. Community party organizations can often strengthen and improve the mass political and ideological work, regularly publicize and learn the outline of civic morality to the residents, promote the construction of community spiritual civilization, and emerge 25 civilized citizens, advanced models of five good civilization, and advanced models of five family activities, which promote the continuous development of community spiritual civilization.
