Suibin town

Suibin Town, a Suibin town in Hegang, Heilongjiang, is a registered residence of the county people's government. It is located in the southern part of Suibin County, northwest of Sanjiang plain, East and south, and Songhua River, Fujin City, Qinghua township. Historical evolution

"Suibin" means appeasement and peace, and "bin" means waterfront. Because it is the seat of the people's Government of Suibin County, it is called Suibin town.
