History of construction

In 1936, Heqi village was established.

In 1946, He Qi District was changed.

In 1949, it was renamed the third district.

In 1956, it was changed to Heqi township.

In 1959, it was changed into Weiguang branch, belonging to the state-owned 858 farm.

In 1962, Weiguang commune was established.
