Xingwang e, belonging to Nehe City, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Nehe City, on the East Bank of Nenjiang River, adjacent to Hesheng Township in the East, Erdaowan town of Fuyu County in the south, xivartu town of molida wadagan'er Autonomous Banner of Inner Mongolia autonomous region across Nenjiang River in the west, and laha town in the north. History of construction
At the end of the 1740s, Daur and Ewenki people in the area where Xingwang Ewenki township is located established Bailu, Yangshu, Zhenzi street, ferry, daxiaojianfang and other tribes, belonging to butha general. In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the Zhili Hall of Nehe.
