Rich Ranch

Fuyu ranch was merged by former Fuyu ranch and former dongmingchen ranch in 1975, under the jurisdiction of Qiqihar Branch of Heilongjiang General Bureau of agricultural reclamation. Fuyu ranch is located in Fuyu County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. The Kirgiz ethnic village in Heilongjiang reclamation area is the most worthwhile place to visit in Heilongjiang. The terrain of the site slopes from northeast to southwest, and the sandy land and low flat land are distributed alternately. The soil is black soil, aeolian sand soil, swamp soil, meadow soil and swamp meadow soil.

Fuyu pasture is located on the right bank of Wuyuer River and the left bank of Nen River in Songnen Plain. It is divided into four management areas (field department, first, second and third management areas), one is the original rich pasture area in the lower reaches of Wuyuer River in the east of Fuyu County, and the other is the original dongmingchen pasture area in the middle reaches of Nenjiang River in the west of Fuyu County. In 1975, the two farms were merged into Fuyu ranch, which is located in the south of yuanshulin railway station, 15 kilometers east of Fuyu town. The whole site is divided into seven parts, which are inlaid around Fuyu County. The total area is 273 square kilometers, including 8333 mu of cultivated land, 3663.4 mu of forest land, 4495.2 mu of grassland, 1787 mu of water surface and 938.8 mu of other land. Fuyu ranch is composed of 13 production teams and 5 industrial enterprises in three management areas, with a population of 10179 (2010). The former Dongming ranch was built in 1958, and the former Fuyu ranch was built in 1960, respectively under the Department of Commerce and the Department of agriculture of Heilongjiang Province. By the end of 2000, there were 3531 self-employed households in Fuyu ranch, with 5715 employees, accounting for 51.4% of the total number of employees; the investment capital was 16.89 million yuan for individual investment and 3 million yuan for unit investment; the annual total output value was 44 million yuan and the total profit was 23 million yuan. In 1999, the sown area of crops in Fuyu pasture was 114975 mu, including 9969 mu of grain and beans, with a total yield of 35737 tons and 443 kg per mu. In 2000, due to natural disasters, the yield of grain and bean crops was greatly reduced, but the total yield of grain and bean remained at a good level of 28469 tons. By the end of 2000, statistics showed that the total assets of the farm was 110.96 million yuan, the total liabilities was 93.05 million yuan, and the profit was 590000 yuan, including 900000 yuan for agriculture, 30000 yuan for commodity circulation, and 340000 yuan for industry, which was the fourth profit-making year during the ninth five year plan period.

There are abundant groundwater resources. Wuyuer river basin is rich in natural reed and Cinnamomum camphora, low-lying land Sparganium, grassland has Gentiana, Saposhnikovia, bupleurum, Platycodon grandiflorum and other hundreds of herbs. Two production teams near Nenjiang River are rich in sand and stone 40 cm below the surface. At the end of 1997, the Han population accounted for 89%, and the rest were Mongolian, Kirgiz, Manchu, Daur and other nationalities. There are 11 agricultural production teams.

There is one market and 560 service outlets. In 1997, the total retail sales of social goods reached 8 million yuan. Since 1992, 15.6 million yuan has been invested in infrastructure construction. The roads in the site have basically been sanded and 269 Mu have been afforested. The satellite TV network can broadcast 10 sets of high-definition TV programs at the same time, realizing six links of highway, water, electricity, radio, television and telephone. There is one provincial standardized middle school and one primary school. 128 teaching staff, school-age children enrollment rate of 100%, social security network gradually improved.
