Widen the streets
Jincheng Street is the main street of Changchun West New Economic and Technological Development Zone, but it used to have only two-way four row lanes. Compared with the parallel Dongfeng Street and Chuangye street, the traffic capacity is average. In the spring of 2011, the West New Economic and Technological Development Zone widened Jincheng Street by 3 meters on both sides. After widening, Jincheng Street becomes a two-way six lane street, and the traffic capacity is significantly enhanced.
