History of construction

In Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Wula Department of Hulun Nuzhen.

In the seventh year of Shunzhi (1650) of the Qing Dynasty, a large family with the surname of Tong in Zhengbai banner of the Manchu nationality came here to reclaim land and occupy grass.
