Shahousuo Manchu Town
Shahousuo Manchu town is subordinate to Xingcheng City, Huludao City, Liaoning Province. It is located in the south of Xingcheng City, bordering Liaodong Bay in the East, xudabao town and Wanghai Manchu Township across Yantai River in the south, nandashan Manchu Township in the west, Hongyazi town and Yangan Manchu Township in the north, and Caozhuang town in the northeast. The administrative area is 113.43 square kilometers.
In the 21st year of the Republic of China (1932), it was shahousuo village in Xingcheng County; in June 1986, it was changed to shahousuo Manchu town; in March 2002, it was merged into Wuwang village, Taoyuan Village, Qianhong village, Wenjia village, xianlingsi village and jiusifang village. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Manchu town in Sha Hou was 39729. As of June 2020, shahousuo Manchu town has jurisdiction over one community and 16 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Xiguan village.
In 2018, there were 128 industrial enterprises in shahousuo Manchu Town, including 4 Enterprises above Designated Size and 41 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1932, it was named shahousuo village in Xingcheng county.
In November, the Republic of China (1948) established six district governments (post Shasha post).
In 1955, the district office was replaced by the district office.
In January 1956, the village was removed and shahousuo township was built.
In February 1958, shahousuo commune was established in Hexiang.
In September 1983, shahousuo commune was changed to township.
In July 1984, shahousuo township was transformed into a town.
In June 1986, it was changed into a Manchu town.
In March 2002, six villages, Wuwang, Taoyuan, Qianhong, Wenjia, Xianling temple and jiusifang, were merged into the original Wenjia Manchu Township.

At the end of 2011, shahousuo Manchu Town governed one community and 16 administrative villages: shahousuo, Chengnei, nanmenwai, Xiguan, Qianwang, Houwang, luanni, wangjiawazi, Longwang, Wuli, Huangdi, Shitun, Jiaojia, Yantai, Wenjia, Taoyuan and Wuwang.
As of June 2020, shahousuo Manchu town has jurisdiction over one community and 16 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Xiguan village.

topographic features
Shahousuo Manchu town is high in the northwest, low in the middle and south, and close to the Bohai Sea in the southeast. Its coastline is 13 kilometers long, forming a large area of retreat depression. The west is on the left bank of the lower reaches of Yantai River, and the Yanhe River is 10 kilometers long. There is Dongsha River in the middle, where rivers and seas meet, and the central plain is formed by alluvial. The East and west sides of the north are hills and slopes. There is lingxiawa plain in the northwest. The area of "one depression, two hills and seven Plains" is formed naturally along the river and the sea.

Shahousuo Manchu town is named after shahousuo. Shahousuo was established in 1405, the third year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty; it was called zhongyousuo in the early Qing Dynasty; shahousuo in 1902, the 28th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty; shahousuo in 1922, the 11th year of the Republic of China.
