Lianshan Street

Lianshan street is located in the northeast edge of the urban area. It is the east gate of Lianshan district. The entrance and exit of national highway 102 borders the urban area in the West. It is adjacent to Shangpo River in the north, Longwang temple in the water and Beijing Shenyang Railway in the south. National Highway 102 passes through the street and is only 3 kilometers away from the entrance and exit of expressway, so the traffic is convenient.

Historical evolution

Jiefang street was established in 1954, renamed Hongqi Street in 1966, and Lianshan street in 1989. In 1996, it covers an area of 1.7 square kilometers and has a population of 24000. It has jurisdiction over 16 neighborhood committees. In 2002, the office was located in Lianshan street, with a population of 21300 and an area of 1.7 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 13 communities including xinluyuan, Liandong, huayiyuan, Ertaizi, Lianshan, Lianxi, HAOWAI, jiulongkou, tiehe, Dongcheng, Jinhua, Xinghe and Fumin.
