Baoli farm
Baoli farm is located in the northwest of Changtu County, 42 kilometers away from the county. It is a state-owned land reclamation enterprise established in 1949. It is 15 kilometers long from the north to the South and 4 kilometers wide from the east to the West. It has a flat terrain, beautiful environment, pleasant climate, fertile soil and rich groundwater resources. The farm covers 26000 mu of arable land, 95% of which is planted with rice. It is a state-owned professional farm focusing on rice planting, processing and sales.
Farm size
Baoli farm has six agricultural branches, 21 villager groups and 22 natural villages, with a total population of 5878 (2010). Apart from the Han nationality, Baoli farm is a place where Korean people live together with unique national charm. Baoli farm has convenient transportation, with Changfu line and baocurvilinear line passing through Baoli farm. Each village of Baoli farm is connected with gravel road, with a total mileage of 18 Li. Electric power, communication, broadband network and cable TV are all over the village. Changtu Yixiang Rice Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000. It is a medium-sized enterprise with integrated management of green rice production, processing and sales. The company has a sound organization and advanced management. The company has 10 senior scientific and technological personnel and 30 intermediate scientific and technological personnel. It has five functional departments of production management, processing, finance, technical monitoring and sales, and six rice planting divisions. The company has introduced Japan's large-scale milled rice combination machine, processing 4000 kg of rice per hour. The company's "xianzhonggui" Amoy free rice is sold to large and medium-sized cities all over the country. The 26000 Mu cultivated land of Baoli farm was tested by the national green food EIA monitoring center in 2000, and all the EIA indexes were qualified. At present, all 26000 mu of rice in the whole farm are planted with green food, and the three-dimensional ecological cultivation of rice field has been realized, that is, raising crabs, fish and ducks in rice field. In the future, the farm will gradually observe the ecological cultivation of rice fields to meet the organic food standard of rice.

In 2004, Baoli farm achieved a total social output value of 74.6 million yuan, a GDP of 65.1 million yuan, and a per capita income of 3650 yuan. Baoli farm has been awarded "advanced unit of national unity, advanced collective of national family planning, advanced collective of United Front propaganda" and other honors by the state Council, provincial and other relevant departments.
