Zhou Xin Street, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan, Guangdong, is located in the central part of Qingcheng District, Qingyuan Province, located in the central part of Guangdong Province, the southern tip of Qingyuan, the South Bank of the middle and lower reaches of the Beijiang River, the East connecting source lake, the South Longtang, the West Lian Heng, the Qingyuan port, the north and Fengcheng, the east city separated by the river, the West from Guangzhou central 65 kilometers, the Baiyun International Airport 38 kilometers, the jurisdiction area 61.87 square kilometers, and the registered residence population 146452 people. In 1958, Zhouxin commune was established. In 1986, the town was rebuilt. In June 2003, the sub district offices of Zhouxin town and Xiaoshi town were abolished and Zhouxin sub district office was merged.

Historical evolution

In the Ming Dynasty, zhouxinwei was originally a sandbank in the middle of the river, and then gradually developed into a dike, which was called zhouxinwei.

In 1958, Zhouxin commune was established.

In 1986, the town was rebuilt.

In 1988, Qingyuan withdrew its County, established a city and divided it into districts. According to the official reply of the people's Government of Guangdong Province on the adjustment of the boundaries of municipal districts in Qingyuan City (YFH [1988] No. 322), Zhouxin Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City was established on June 25, 1988.

In June 2003, according to the document "reply on approving Qingyuan City to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns in Qingcheng district" (Yue min Qu [2003] No. 57) issued by the Department of civil affairs of Guangdong Province, Zhouxin town and Xiaoshi sub district offices were cancelled and Zhouxin sub district office was merged and set up, which was officially opened on June 28, 2003.

In 1988, Zhouxin town was under the jurisdiction of 20 administrative districts, including Tangtan, Lianshi, Shahu, LIANGANG, litau, Zhousha, Lunzhou, Fenghuang, Baijia, Gangtou, Chigang, Dayou, Qingshan, Yutang, Chetou, Henghe, Dagu, Fozu, Delta and Nanpu.

On January 8, 1991, according to the notice of Qingyuan Civil Affairs Bureau on the adjustment of the administrative area of Zhouxin town and the establishment of Henghe town in Qingcheng district (qingminzi [1991] No. 01), the administrative areas of Baijia, Gangtou, Chigang, Dayou, Qingshan, Yutang, Chetou, Henghe, Dagu and Fozu were put under the jurisdiction of Henghe town. Triangle, Nanpo two management areas will be put under the jurisdiction of Qingcheng District Xiaoshi sub district office. After the adjustment, Zhouxin town has jurisdiction over eight administrative areas: Tangtan, Lianshi, Shahu, LIANGANG, Litou, Zhousha, Lunzhou and Fenghuang.

In 2016, Zhouxin street had 9 community neighborhood committees (Guangming, Weigang, Qiming, Zhennan, Yong'an, Fengming, Lianjiang, Zhouxin, Xuelian) and 11 villagers' committees (Delta, Nanpu, Zhousha, Litou, Qinglian, Shahu, Tangtan, Lianshi, LIANGANG, Fenghuang, Lunzhou).
