Shaohuyingzi town

Shaohuyingzi Town, belonging to Yixian County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Yixian County. It borders on Dashi town of Beizhen city across weijialing in the East, Yiwulu Mountain National Nature Reserve in the south, waziyu town in the southwest, Qinghemen District of Fuxin city across Xihe River in the west, wofenggou township of Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County in Fuxin City in the north, with an administrative area of 143.3 square kilometers.

In Jin and Yuan Dynasties, shaohuyingzi town belonged to Tongchang County of Yizhou; in 1984, Dongfeng Township was changed into shaohuyingzi town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the town was 25068. As of June 2020, shaohuyingzi town has jurisdiction over one community and 14 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in caijiatun village.

In 2011, the general budget revenue of shaohuyingzi town was 24 million yuan. The local fiscal revenue is 20 million yuan. The per capita net income of farmers is 8550 yuan. In 2018, shaohuyingzi town had one industrial enterprise and 27 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

In Jin and Yuan Dynasties, shaohuyingzi town belonged to Tongchang County of Yizhou.

In Ming Dynasty, it belonged to Yizhou Wei.

In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Yizhou.

After the revolution of 1911, Yizhou was changed into Yixian, which still followed the old system of the late Qing Dynasty. The whole county was divided into 10 districts, and shaohuyingzi was divided into 10 districts.

In 1947, shaohuyingzi was liberated and the eighth district government of beifuyi county was established.

In 1958, the district was withdrawn and the township was built; in September of the same year, Dongfeng commune (located in waziyu town) was established.

In October 1961, shaohuyingzi town was established.

In 1983, Dongfeng commune was transformed into a township.

In 1984, Dongfeng Township was changed into shaohuyingzi town.

By the end of 2011, shaohuyingzi town had jurisdiction over one community and 14 administrative villages: shaohuyingzi, wutaigou, wangjingtun, huaerlou, tiehezuizi, huangtukanzi, dawangsangou, tubuzi, yaowangmiao, caijiatun, shulinzi, east of shaohuyingzi, west of shaohuyingzi, xiushuigou and Beigou; there were 76 villager groups and 34 natural villages.

By June 2020, shaohuyingzi town has jurisdiction over one community and 14 administrative villages: shaohuyingzi community, caijiatun village, Shaoxi village, Shaodong village, huaerlou village, tiehezuizi village, shulinzi village, yaowangmiao village, tubuzi village, dawangsangou village, Beigou village, xiushuigou village, wangjingtun village, wutaigou village and huangtukanzi village. The town people's government is stationed in caijiatun village.

Shaohuyingzi town is located in the northeast of Yixian County, bordering on Dashi town of Beizhen city by weijialing in the East, Yiwulu Mountain National Nature Reserve in the south, waziyu town in the southwest, Qinghemen District of Fuxin city by Xihe River in the west, wofenggou township of Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County in Fuxin city by wicker in the north, with an administrative area of 143.3 square kilometers.

hydrology

There are three rivers in shaohuyingzi Town, two of which flow into Xihe River and then into Daling River, and one flows into Laolongkou reservoir. The largest river in the territory is Nansha River. From huaerlou reservoir to Fuxin Xihe River, it flows through huaerlou, tiehezuizi, East Village of shaohuyingzi, West Village of shaohuyingzi, caijiatun, shulinzi and other villages in the territory, with a length of 13 kilometers and a drainage area of 65 square kilometers. The other two rivers are seasonal rivers. One starts from Shuiquan Donggou of tubuzi village in the East, flows through tubuzi and yaowangmiao villages and joins Fuxin Xihe River; the other starts from dawanggou village Donggou and Xiaosigou in the East, flows through dawanggou village and joins Laolongkou reservoir of waziyu town.

History and culture

It is said that in 1684, Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty led his troops on a tour to the East. When they passed through Shahe yingzi, it was low-lying and muddy. The guards borrowed door boards to build a floating bridge and then crossed the river. Emperor Kangxi thought of how many disasters Shahe brought to the people, so he decided to change Shahe yingzi into Shaohu yingzi.
