Fangshan Town
Fangshan Town, subordinate to Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Heishan County, adjacent to xuetun Township in the East, Taihe Town in the south, baichangmen town in the west, and Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County in Fuxin City in the north, with an administrative area of 144.94 square kilometers.
In 1937, it was the village of Fangshan Town in Heishan County; in 1984, it was changed into Fangshan town; in 2002, Litun Township and Fangshan town were merged into Fangshan town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Fangshan town was 29531. As of June 2020, Fangshan town has jurisdiction over 21 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Fangshan street.

History of construction
In 1937, it was the village of Fangshan Town in Heishan County.
In 1946, it was changed to Fangshan town.
In 1948, after liberation, it belonged to the Fifth District of Heishan County (in Xinlitun).
In 1956, Fangshan town was established.
In 1958, it was changed into Bayi commune.
In 1961, it was renamed Fangshan commune.
In 1983, the township was changed.
In 1984, it was changed to Fangshan town.
In 2002, Litun Township and Fangshan Town merged into Fangshan town.
