History of construction

In 1950, the Hui nationality township in Jiedi belonged to the four districts of Cangxian county (in Jiedi).

In 1955, Jiedi township was built.

In September 1958, the four townships of Qilidian, muguantun, zhangguantun and Jiedi were merged to form Dongfeng first commune in Cangxian County, which is the management area of Jiedi.

In 1961, jianjiedi commune was established.

In 1984, it was changed into Jiedi Hui nationality township.
