HUOLIANZHAI street, belonging to Xihu District, Benxi City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Benxi City, adjacent to Gaotaizi Town, Mingshan District in the East, downtown area in the south, Jiguanshan Township, Dengta City, Liaoyang City in the west, and Shiqiaozi economic and Technological Development Zone in the north. Its total area is 43.6 square kilometers. At the end of 2011, the total population of HUOLIANZHAI sub district was 10275.
In February 1956, HUOLIANZHAI township was established. In October 1958, HUOLIANZHAI township was transformed into a commune. In December 1978, the commune was transformed into a town. In January 1987, it was renamed HUOLIANZHAI Hui Manchu town. In December 2011, the town changed to HUOLIANZHAI street. As of June 2020, HUOLIANZHAI street has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 7 administrative villages.
In 2011, the general budget revenue of HUOLIANZHAI street was 220 million yuan. The total output value of agriculture was 90 million yuan, an increase of 8.2% over the previous year.
