Yingluo Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Haicheng City, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, is located in the southeast of Haicheng City. It is adjacent to pailou town in the East, Chagou town in the southeast, Tangchi town in Dashiqiao City, Yingkou City in the south, Guantun town in Dashiqiao City, Yingkou City in the southwest, Maoqi town in the West and Bali Town in the north, with an administrative area of 161.8 square kilometers.

In 1947, it belonged to Chagou district; in 1988, Yingluo town was set up. By the end of 2018, the population of the British registered residence was 40204. As of June 2020, Yingluo town has one community and 21 administrative villages.
