Mingyang street, subordinate to Zhuanghe City, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located at the southern end of Liaodong Peninsula, bordering Dazheng town in the East, Yellow Sea in the south, Chengzitan street in Pulandian District in the west, Biliu River as the boundary, and Chengshan town in the north, with a total area of 268 square kilometers.

Before 2000, the area was Jianshan and Mingyang towns of Zhuanghe City. In 2000, the two towns merged into Mingyang town. In May 2008, Mingyang town of Zhuanghe City was entrusted to Huayuankou economic zone of Dalian.
