Dalian Bay Street, subordinate to Ganjingzi District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Ganjingzi District. The maximum distance between East and West is 13.8 km, and 9.5 km in the South and North, with a total area of 70 square kilometers.

In 1958, Dalian Bay commune was established. In October 1983, Dalian Bay commune was transformed into Dalian Bay Township. On May 27, 1986, Dalian Bay Township was transformed into a town. In December 2001, it was changed to Dalian Bay Street. At the end of 2011, the total population of Dalian Bay sub district was 51960, including 51960 urban permanent residents, with an urbanization rate of 100%.
