Navy Square Street, subordinate to Zhongshan District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of the middle mountain area. It faces the Yellow Sea in the East and North, is separated from Laohutan street in the south, and is adjacent to Qingniwaqiao street and Renmin Road Street in the West. From the fourth year of the Republic of China to the seventeenth year of the Republic of China (1915-1928), it gradually became a city block, with Dongshan, Xijian, Dajiang, sunrise, chulai and other towns. In March 1946, Qixing, Chunde, qiujiatun, Laohutun, Chunhua, Chunsheng, Xueshi, chunhedong, chunhexifang were established. In July 1953, the neighborhood committee of fanggai was established. In January 1954, the neighborhood committee was changed into a sub district office. In February 1959, Chunde, Huale, Chunhai and Chunhe streets merged into Chunhai street. After September 1968, Chunhai street was successively changed into Chunhai Street Revolutionary Committee and Chunhai commune Revolutionary Committee, and Chunhe street was successively changed into Yingxin Street Revolutionary Committee and Yingxin commune Revolutionary Committee. In June 1978, Chunhai, Chunhe street were restored. In 2004, Chunhai, Chunhe and 2 streets were merged into Navy square street. At the end of 2011, the total population of naval Square Street area was 60352. As of June 2020, Navy Square Street governs 9 communities, and the sub district office is located at 59 Qinjian street.
At the end of 2011, there were 1200 commercial outlets and 6500 employees in Haijun square street.
