Xinglongtai street, belonging to Shenbei New District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Shenbei New District, bordering Xinchengzi street in the East, Yinjia street in the south, Xinmin City in the West and Shifosi street in the north, with a total area of 50.2 square kilometers.

In 1983, it was the Xibo township of Xinglongtai; in 2010, the Xibo town of Xinglongtai was changed into Xinglongtai street. In December 2019, Shifosi Street will be abolished and its jurisdiction will be divided into Xinglongtai street. At the end of 2011, the total population of Xinglongtai street was 13752. As of June 2020, Xinglongtai sub district has jurisdiction over 18 administrative villages, and the sub district office is located in Xinglongtai village.
