Old street name. Shifosi street is located in the northwest of Shenbei New District. It is adjacent to Huangjia street and Shenbei street in the East, Xinglongtai street in the south, Luojiafang Township in Xinmin City in the west, and yiniubaozi town in Faku County across the Liaohe River in the north. It covers an area of 48.7 square kilometers.

On December 2, 2019, Shenyang Civil Affairs Bureau issued the announcement on adjusting the administrative divisions of some streets in 10 areas including Heping District, which abolished Shifosi street and classified its jurisdiction into Xinglongtai street.

Historical evolution

In December 1991, it was approved by the provincial government to be changed into Shifosi Korean Xibo township. In 1996, with an area of 48.7 square kilometers and a population of 13000, Shifo No.1, Shifo No.2, mamenzi, shagangzi, mengjiatai, Lujia, Qiujia, Zhangjia, Fangshen, silongwan, daheitai, Xingsheng, Lixin and Xiaotun are under its jurisdiction. In 2002, the township government stationed in Shifosi village, with a population of 12700 and an area of 49.08 square kilometers. It has 15 village committees, namely Shifosi 1, Shifosi 2, mamenzi, shagangzi, Fangshen, mengjiatai, Lixin, silongwan, daheitaizi, Xiaotun, Zhangjia, Lujia, Xingsheng, Qiujia and Dongxing. On December 29, 2010, Shenyang Civil Affairs Bureau announced that with the approval of the provincial government, Shifosi Korean Xibo township was cancelled and Shifosi street was set up. on December 2, 2019, Shenyang Civil Affairs Bureau issued the announcement on adjusting the administrative divisions of some streets in 10 areas including Heping District, which cancelled Shifosi street and classified its jurisdiction area into Xinglongtai street.
