Sanggen Dalai is a town under the jurisdiction of Zhenglan Banner, Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia. It is located in the south of Xilin Gol League and the middle of Zhenglan Banner. In April 2001, sangendalai town was named after the merger of sangendalai Sumu, hadenhushuo Sumu and wusutuchagan Sumu. The total area of the town is 1633 square kilometers, including 2 square kilometers of town area. The infrastructure of transportation, communication, electric power, radio and television is perfect, and the market is prosperous.

On May 26, 2020, sangendalai town was selected into the list of strong agricultural towns in 2020.

National Highway 207, huhai provincial passageway and Ceylon railway run across the territory. The double track of Ceylon railway is under construction. Sangenda has sangenda station, sangenda north station, Inner Mongolia grain transfer station, asphalt transfer station and oil transfer station. There are 28 directly subordinate and secondary units in the town, including 3 league level units in the town, 2 schools, 6 large and medium-sized enterprises, and more than 300 private and individual businesses. The town has 22 animal husbandry Gacha and 2 neighborhood committees. The total number of households in the town is 2942, with a permanent population of 9897. Among them, there are 2262 livestock households, 7581 people, 854 relocated households, 2903 people, 156 engaged in tertiary industry, 383 people, 680 urban households, 1796 people. The urbanization rate is 19%. It is a multi-ethnic gathering area with Mongolian as the main body and Han nationality as the majority. Sanggen Dalai town has long been a big town of animal husbandry. Now there are 56493 large and small livestock in the town, including 274.58 large livestock, 290.35 small livestock and 63.79 black and white dairy cattle. In 2007, the per capita net income of herdsmen reached 3869 yuan. The famous little zagestanur is located at the intersection of the southeast edge of Hunshandake Sandy Land and low mountains and hills. It is 35 km away from the site of yuanshangdu, covering an area of 6700 mu. In the south is the secondary forest area of wuheqin Oboo forest farm, and in the north is Hunshandake sandy land. The lake light, forest and desert are integrated into a unique landscape. Sangendalai lake and dagenao lake, 10km west of sangendalai Town, are natural nitrate alkali lakes. They are rich in "Fengnian insects" and "Fengnian eggs" all year round.
