Chukulan Street

Chugulan sub district office of Xilinhot City was established in 1981, covering an area of 12 square kilometers, including 6 square kilometers of urban area and 6 square kilometers of suburban enclosed grazing prohibition area. Located in the east of Erdun Road, north of Nadam street, south of Xilin street, east to Niuniu new village.

The permanent resident population is 48754 (2010), which is composed of 14 ethnic groups including Mongolian, Han, DA and Hui. There are more than 60 organs, schools, troops, enterprises and institutions, and 1190 self-employed and private enterprises. Chugulan sub district office is divided into 8 community neighborhood committees and 1 neighborhood committee, with 74 community staff. Each community neighborhood committee office has achieved the goal of "one living room". The community neighborhood committee has grass-roots party branches, residents' committees, women's representatives, labor and social security service stations, public security joint defense teams and other institutions to serve the residents within the jurisdiction. There are 34 cadres in the office, including 6 leading cadres at the deputy section level, who are responsible for Party members, Discipline Inspection Commission, administration and armed forces.
