Wuqing economic and Technological Development Zone (China Wuqing Development Zone) was established on December 28, 1991. It is a state-level economic and Technological Development Zone and a state-level high-tech industrial park approved by the State Council, with a long-term planning area of 93 square kilometers. In the near future, 50 square kilometers will be planned, including 15 square kilometers in the first and second phases, 15 square kilometers in the third phase and 20 square kilometers in the fourth phase.
