Baiyinhua Town, belonging to Kulun banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Kulun banner. It is connected with Kulun town in the East and North, pingandi town in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Liaoning Province in the south, and kouhezi town in the West. The area is 343.99 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the population of Bai Yin Hua registered residence was 14530.

In 1955, it was renamed Suzi district office. In 1958, it was renamed Baiyinhua commune. In 1984, it was renamed Baiyinhua sappan. In 2006, it merged with advanced Sumu and was called Baiyinhua town. As of June 2020, Baiyinhua town has 20 administrative villages.

By the end of 2018, there was one industrial enterprise in Baiyinhua town and 22 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

In the third year of Shunzhi reign of Qing Dynasty (1646), chuaerjinutuk was built.
