Baoan farm
Baoan farm is located in Kailu County, Inner Mongolia. It was founded in 1952. It is located in the southeast of Kailu County, on the North Bank of the Xiliao River. The south line of tongkai highway passes through the farm. The total land area is 136000 mu, including 50000 mu of cultivated land and 19000 mu of forest land.
The total population was 10410 (2010). It has 16 branches and 10 units directly under its jurisdiction, and has realized centralized school running with 1450 students. There are 295 electric wells and 206 motor wells in the whole field, and well control is realized in all cultivated land. the general office implements two-level management and one-level accounting for the branch office, and the branch office implements the reimbursement system for the general office. The units directly under the central government are basically self-management, independent accounting and self-supporting. There are 104 technicians, 35 cadres, 5 police stations, 49 management cadres and 37 retirees. At present, there are 12700 livestock, including 917 cattle, 4320 sheep and 6500 pigs. It is a medium-sized agricultural reclamation enterprise mainly focusing on agriculture. At present, there are 20000 mu of waste marshes to be developed and utilized.
