Bailu Street

Bailu sub district office of Liubei District People's government is located in the northwest of Liuzhou City, about 8 kilometers away from the city center. It is adjacent to Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group and Liuzhou Power Plant in the East, Shatang town and Changtang town in the north, Liujiang River in the West and south, and Shuangchong bridge in the inner ring road of Liuzhou city.

Asphalt road has been connected to three village committees, and another village committee has built a fourth grade road to connect with the urban road. After expansion, national highway 209 runs through Bailu sub district office, and the ring expressway and North Ring Road under construction pass through Bailu sub district office. The planned Liuzhou railway freight station will be located in the small village of Bailu sub district office. Liujiang waterway passes through the southwest of the office, about 3km away from zhegujiang wharf, a national first-class port, with convenient transportation.

Bailu sub district office currently governs four villagers' committees. The total land area of the office is 16.5 square kilometers, and the cultivated land area is 5839.5 mu. The total population of the office is 21435 (2010). Bailu sub district office mainly produces adult fish, vegetables, rice, sugarcane and poultry. It is one of the vegetable and non-staple food production bases in Liuzhou city. River bed cage fish culture and warm water fish culture have formed a large scale, which has become the agricultural economic pillar of the township. Last year, the gross national product was 51.7 million yuan, the total output value of agriculture was 49.2 million yuan, the output value of enterprises was 47.68 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 3061 yuan.
