Yuxin town

Yuxin Town, belonging to Horqin district, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of Horqin district. It is adjacent to Jianguo sub district office in the East, Mulitu town in the south, yuliangbao town in the West and Fengtian town in the north. The area is 154.85 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 35853 people registered residence.

In 1948, it belonged to the Second District of Tongliao county. In July 1964, guanyinhao commune moved from guanyinhao (now in the village) to majiawopu (now in Yuxin Village). In May 1966, it was renamed Yuxin commune. As of June 2020, Yuxin town has 28 administrative villages.

By the end of 2018, there were 38 industrial enterprises in Yuxin Town, including 3 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 106 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

In 1948, it belonged to the Second District of Tongliao county.

In July 1964, guanyinhao commune moved from guanyinhao (now in the village) to majiawopu (now in Yuxin Village).

In May 1966, it was renamed Yuxin commune.

In May 2006, the administrative division of township Sumu was adjusted, and the administrative region reorganization system of West Liufang town was incorporated into Yuxin town.

Yuxin town is located in the North Bank of the Xiliao River, in the hinterland of the Xiliao River alluvial plain, with flat and open terrain, no obvious ups and downs, complete terrain and weak cutting. It is high in the West and low in the East, with a slope of 1 / 1000 ~ 1 / 1500 and an altitude of 130 ~ 150m. The soil is mainly black and white soil and a small amount of light alkaline sandy soil.
