Chagannuoer Town, belonging to Balin Right Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Balin Right Banner. It borders baoribusu town and xilamulunsumu in the East, Wengniute Banner across xilamulunhe River in the south, Daban Town in the west, Bayantala Sumu in the northwest and chaganhada Sumu in Balin Left Banner in the north. The people's government is stationed in Yangchang village. The administrative area of Chagannur town is 964 square kilometers. In late 2018, the registered residence of Chagan Nohr was 16957.
