Xiashihao town

Xiashihao Town, belonging to Guyang County, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of the people's Republic of China, is located in the east of Guyang County, adjacent to halamendu town of Wuchuan County in the East, erqinyaozi town of tuyou banner and jihuluntu Sumu town of Shiguai mining area in the south, Jinshan Town in the West and Yinhao town in the north. It is 28 kilometers away from the county, with a total administrative area of 643 square kilometers.

In the Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, most of the territory belonged to Wudang catering area. In December 2005, Xinjian Township and xiashihao Township were merged into xiashihao town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of the lower wet ditch town was 32556. In 2019, xiashihao town governs 16 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in wangerhao group of xuetianhui village.

In 2018, there were 77 industrial enterprises in xiashihao Town, including 3 above scale enterprises and 1 comprehensive store or supermarket with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

In the Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China, most of the territory belonged to Wudang catering area. In 1926, it was called the seven districts. In 1937, it was called Sanfen Township in the West and Qingyi Township in the East. In 1945, Minyu township was named in the West and Minyi Township in the East. In March 1950, it was called the second district. In July 1958, the two communes of Ganggang and Qianjin were established; in December of the same year, the two communes were merged into a new commune. In March 1961, Xinjian commune was divided into xiashihao commune and Xinjian commune 2 commune. In July 1984, xiashihao commune and Xinjian commune were transformed into townships respectively. In December 2005, Xinjian Township and xiashihao Township were merged into xiashihao town.

In 2011, xiashihao town has 20 administrative villages, including sanchengrenhao, youfanghao, baidongqu, baiyinhetao, xuetianhui, Meilinggou, Xinjian, chenjiaqu, Liangqian, qianheisha, telegraph office, wangjiaqu, qiancaicai, qianhailiu, houcaicai, xiashihao, hounaobao, Dengkou, Guandi and ernaobao, with 187 villager groups. In 2019, xiashihao town has 16 administrative villages including hounaobao village, xiashihao village, qianhailiu village, qiancaicai village, houcaicai village, qianheisha village, sanchengrenhao village, youfanghao village, Baiyin Hetao village, chenjiaqu village, Guandi village, baidongqu village, xuetianhui village, Xinjian village, Dengkou village and dianbaoju village.
