Jinhai community

Jinhai community (renamed Jinhai Street on January 20, 2020) is located in the middle of Fengxian District. It is the core area of Fengxian new town and Dongfang Meigu. It extends to Jinhui port in the East, Punan canal in the south, Xinfengjin S4 Expressway in the west, Daye highway in the north, Nanqiao town, Jinhui Town, Fengpu street and Xidu street, covering an area of 18.49 square kilometers.

history

In December 2001, Fengxian Modern Agricultural Park was officially established.

In February 2002, the original agricultural park added the brand of "Shanghai Fengxian Economic Development Zone Biotechnology Park".

In December 2011, the government and enterprise of modern agricultural park were separated, and the Party Working Committee and office of Jinhai community were established.

On December 24, 2019, the municipal government issued a reply (Hufu [2019] No. 84) to set up Jinhai sub district office in Fengxian District.

On January 20, 2020, Jinhai street was officially established.

Jinhai sub district office has the following internal organizations: (1) party and government office, (2) community party building office, (3) community management office, (4) community service office, (5) community security office (petition Office), (6) community autonomy office, (7) Community Development Office, (8) community planning and construction office.

There are 11 Street leaders, 37 Civil Servants (including leaders) and 45 public institutions. The streets have a population of 50572, including 15490 registered residence, 25943 people in Shanghai and 193 overseas persons.

It has 11 neighborhood committees and 9 village committees: Dingjia village of Jinhai street, Sanchang village of Jinhai street, Shijia village of Jinhai street, Longtan Village of Jinhai street, Hengxian residential area of Jinhai street, Qixian village of Jinhai street, Chenjia village of Jinhai street, Chenyi village of Jinhai street, Tujia village of Jinhai Street, Hanshu village of Jinhai street, Jinshuiyuan residential area of Jinhai street and jinshuixinyuan residential area of Jinhai street District, Jinhai Street Jinshui Jiayuan residential area, Jinhai Street Jinshui Liyuan residential area, Jinhai Street Hengsheng residential area, Jinhai street Shaohu community residential area, Jinhai Street Longtan community residential area, Jinhai Street Wenxing community residential area, Jinhai Street Jinshui Jingyuan community, Jinhai Street Jinshui Heyuan community.

The street actively creates a "15 minute community life circle". The street traffic is convenient. There are Jinhai highway, Wangyuan Road, Dongfang Meigu Avenue, Hangnan highway, Daye highway, rail transit line 5 (two stops), two exits of S4 Expressway and 12 bus lines in the area. Education facilities are perfect. At present, there are 2 kindergartens (one of them is private), 2 primary schools, 4 middle schools (one of them is private) and 2 kindergartens. Health and pension facilities are complete. At present, there is one clinic and a new Jinhai community health service center, which is actively connecting with the third-party operation unit of the nursing home. Commercial facilities are sound. There are 375 shops in the area, including 107 catering stores and 117 retail stores. There are Henglong Jinzun square, Punan canal commercial street, Jinshui Xinyuan commercial street and other large and medium-sized commercial complexes. The ecological environment of the street is good. There are 28 roads greening in the area, with a greening area of 1.032 million square meters and a greening rate of 37%. There are 57 water bodies at all levels, with a water area of 1.5 million square meters and a water area ratio of 8.11%.
