Former Shuanggui Township
It is located in the southeast of Wencheng County, with Jinlong Township and juyu town in the southwest, Zhoushan Township and Gongyang Township in the East and Huaixi and Xiaokeng Township in Pingyang County in the south. It covers an area of 17.5 square kilometers and has a population of 9600 (at the end of 2008).
