Hongxing farm Heilongjiang Province farm general administration system state farm. It is located in the middle of Bei'an City, jizhaohe River Basin, 30 kilometers away from the urban area of Bei'an.

history

Hongxing farm, built in February 1947, was originally organized by the supply department of Heilongjiang provincial military region to open up wasteland in liumaoqing, Tongbei county. It mainly grows vegetables and military medicinal materials. In March 1950, the youth cadres of the Political Department of the Northeast military region taught the third brigade of the first regiment to formally establish a farm in dongxihuoli, Tongbei county. It was named dongxihuoli farm in October 1951 and state-owned Hongxing Machinery Farm in 1952, which was subordinate to the Northeast public farm Administration Bureau. In March 1958, it was transferred to Zhaoguang Farm Office of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of agriculture. In 1960, it was called Hongxing branch, which was subordinate to Zhaoguang farm. After the establishment of Zhaoguang Agricultural Reclamation Bureau in 1962, Hongxing farm became an independent farm. In June 1968, the Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps was established as the seventh Battalion of the seventh regiment of the first division. In August 1970, the seventh Battalion (Hongxing farm), the eighth Battalion (Communist Youth League farm, now Hongxing farm 2) and the ninth Battalion (Chenguang farm, now Hongxing farm 3) were merged and expanded into the second regiment of the first division. In February 1976, the production and Construction Corps was abolished and the farm system was restored. It was called Hongxing farm, which was subordinate to the Beian farm Administration Bureau. Hongxing farm area is located in the southern foot of Xiaoxing'an Mountains, with high terrain in the East and low terrain in the West. The land area of the site is 556000 mu, including 410000 mu of cultivated land. It is a dominant wheat producing area, accounting for about 60% of the total sown area. In 1992, the total grain output was 38000 tons. There are grain and oil processing, building materials processing, machinery repair factory and so on. At the end of 1992, the total population was 14000.
