Struggle Township Luobei County in Heilongjiang Province under the jurisdiction of the township, located in the west of the county, the East Bank of the Dulu river. The township government is 26 kilometers away from the county seat. Originally Luobei county "small third line", in September 1971, the struggle commune was officially established.

In September 1975, Jianshan commune was established in eastern China. In March 1984, struggling commune was changed into struggling township. Qiangfeng township is located in the transition zone between hills and plains. The climate has the characteristics of small area. The total area of the township is 278 square kilometers, and the forest area is managed by the state-owned forest farm. The cultivated area is 26000 mu, mainly wheat and soybean. There are many resources in mountainous areas. Most of the farmers are engaged in gold mining, artificial cultivation of Auricularia auricula, collection of Pteridium and Astragalus and other traditional Chinese medicine, with considerable income. The township governs 15 villages, including Yongsheng, Quansheng, SenShan, Chuangye, Gongnong, Changsheng, toudou, Shuanghe, Jinshan, Shuangquan, chimney mountain, Shuangshan, Zhenxing, Shuangqiao and Chuangxi. At the end of 1992, the total population of the township was 7356, of which the Manchu and other ethnic minorities accounted for about 25%. Township government is located in struggle village.
