Hexi Township

Hexi Township, belonging to Linxia County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the northeast of Linxia county. It faces Hetan Town, Dongxiang Autonomous County, in the East, Zheqiao Town, Linxia city in the south, Dongxiang Township and Xianfeng township of anjiapo in the west, Lianhua town and Liujiaxia Reservoir in the north. The area is 13.09 square kilometers. In 2018, 10916 people registered residence.

In 1989, Hexi Township People's government was established, which was formed by Xiangyangchuan Brigade (now qiaowo village, Hejia village, Zhangjia village and Majia Village) under the management of anjiapo commune, Dazhuang Brigade (now Zazhuang village and Dazhuang Village) and Hexi Brigade (now Yangjia village, Changjia village, Lijia village and tazhang Village) under the management of Xianfeng commune. It is subordinate to Linxia county. In October 2019, Hexi countryside governs 10 administrative villages.
