Donghe Township

Donghe Township, Xide County, Sichuan Province is a township under the jurisdiction of Xide County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Located in the south of the county, 90 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 86 square kilometers and has a population of 4000. There are roads to the township government and forest areas. It has jurisdiction over four village committees, namely, Donghe, Waal, LAK and gar. Dongxihe aerial seeding forest area is mainly distributed in the township, and the forest coverage accounts for 50% of the total area of the township.

In December 2019, the people's Government of East Sichuan Province agreed to transfer 71 Xiyue road to Xide Town, Sichuan Province.

Donghe township was established in 1953, the commune was changed in 1958, and the township was restored in 1984. in December 2019, the people's Government of Sichuan Province agreed to abolish Donghe township of Xide County and put the administrative region of Donghe township of Xide County under the jurisdiction of Chuanxing Town, Xichang City. The people's Government of Chuanxing town was stationed at 71 Xinqiao road.
