Xiguoyuan Town, belonging to Qilihe district, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, is adjacent to Weiling Township in the East, Lintao County in the south, Huangyu Township in the West and yanjiaping street in the north. The area is 82.6 square kilometers. In 2018, 23981 people registered residence.

Xiguoyuan town is high in the South and low in the north, extending towards the Yellow River. The terrain is divided into two gullies (suluogou and qingganggou), two ridges (Shangling and yaoziling) and four Plains (yanjiaping, xijinping, wangjiaping and mujiaping). The main mountains are the Mahan mountains, with the highest peak at 2800 meters above sea level and the lowest at 1600 meters above sea level.
