Hongqi community is located in the northwest of Taoyuan Town, Chang'an District, adjacent to Taiping River in the South and Hutuo River in the north. The village was built in 1959 and relocated from Huangbizhuang reservoir. It is located in the north of Cuiping Road, the west of Liuyin street, the east of yueyadi and the south of Hebei Sports Institute. the village has a population of more than 500 people and 140 households, covering a total area of 90 mu. In 2007, there are 15 buildings in Lvyuan community, which are located in the west of Hebei Institute of physical education and on both sides of Xuefu Road. They are divided into the south of Lvyuan community and the north of Lvyuan community. The office building is located in the south of 100m road in the west of Hebei Institute of physical education. after the establishment of the United community, the jurisdiction includes Hebei Institute of physical education and the original Hongqi village Lvyuan community, with a jurisdiction area of about 700 Mu and a total population of 8200. the main roads are connected with Zhonghua street and national highway 107, forming a fast and convenient transportation thoroughfare. There are more than 112 buses, 117 buses, 118 buses and 171 buses with convenient transportation.
