Sanjiadian Street

Sanjiadian street is located in the south of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, and the middle of Qingyunpu District. It is the seat of the CPC Qingyunpu District Committee and the district government, covering an area of about 5.6 square kilometers. Under the jurisdiction of 10 communities, 39041 residents (2010).

Development history

Sanjiadian street is named for its jurisdiction over Sanjiadian (District). In 1949, there were seven districts in Nanchang County. In 1952, Sanjiadian neighborhood committee was set up. Sanjiadian commune was established in 1960, renamed Jinggangshan commune in 1968 and Sanjiadian street in 1979. In 1997, with an area of 0.94 square kilometers and a population of 20000, it has jurisdiction over 17 neighborhood committees, including Xincun No.2, Xincun No.1, East Hefang Road, Hefang, thermal power, Nanyuan, hydropower, Sanjian, Baojia garden, medical equipment factory, Xinxiang, shisan middle school, leather factory, water tank factory, geological prospecting, xinxiqiao and Beipeng. The office is located at 227 Jinggangshan Avenue. In 2005, the three neighborhood committees of Xinjie, hefangnan and jingshangdong of Jingshan street and Nanlian neighborhood committee of Daishan street were put under the jurisdiction of Sanjiadian street. After the adjustment, Sanjiadian street has jurisdiction over 10 neighborhood committees, including Nanyuan, Changnan, baojiahuayuan, Sanjiadian, hefangdong, xinxiqiao, Xinjie, hefangnan, jingshangdong and Nanlian. The office is located at 320 Jinggangshan Avenue. Boundaries: in the north, it is bounded by the boundary between hefangdong neighborhood committee and Zhongxin village, Hefang West Road (from Jiangling overpass to Yingbin Avenue); in the East, it is bounded by the boundary between hefangdong, baojiahuayuan neighborhood committee and Hongdu street, Nanyuan neighborhood committee and xiongfang village, Nanlian neighborhood committee and Qianwan village; in the south, it is bounded by the south line of Nanlian neighborhood committee; in the west, it is bounded by the Beijing Kowloon Line (from the south line of Nanlian neighborhood committee to Jiangwan Village) Lingdong 1st Road), Jiangling 1st Road and Yingbin Avenue (from the intersection of Hefang West Road and Yingbin Avenue to the intersection of Jiangling 1st Road and Yingbin Avenue).
