Hongqi community is located in the west of Hengxi street, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, at the foot of Yuntai Mountain, with a total area of 13.38 square kilometers, 8319 mu of cultivated land (including 4138 mu of paddy field), 5283 mu of forest land, more than 1200 households and 3900 permanent residents, 7 natural villages, 34 villager groups, 6 party groups and 105 party members.

The community always takes development as the first priority, relies on natural resources, takes building agricultural green ecology as the theme, actively promotes the development of agricultural tourism projects, and takes eco-tourism industry as the growth point and highlight of community economy. In order to promote the further development of eco-tourism and encourage farmers to start their own businesses, Hengxi street has carried out the transformation of Hui style houses of farmers in qianshitang village. At the same time, the community has raised 6 million yuan to renovate and improve the facilities in the village, and built a farmhouse recreation area integrating catering, fishing, leisure and entertainment, which has increased the tourism economic income for the villagers. In addition, the street specially invited the leaders of the District Agricultural Committee to hold SIYB training courses for farmers to broaden their employment and income channels. while building the brand of eco-tourism, the community also pays attention to the industrial development with the processing and value-added of agricultural and sideline products and forest products as the main body, takes the increase of farmers' income as the goal, relies on and makes use of the land advantages of the village, expands the construction and development of ecological organic tea garden, increases the transformation and management of the existing tea garden, creates famous brands, and strives to build and extend the tea product chain Shitang village tea professional cooperatives to achieve the development of tea industry cluster. In 2010, more than 3000 mu of tea were planted in the community. In addition, we should make use of the advantages of rural land and forest to develop ecological breeding industry, use green feed to breed chickens, ducks, geese, pigs, rabbits and sheep, and expand and strengthen the deep processing brands of agricultural and sideline products such as canned food. the community is located in a remote place with few industrial enterprises, and its economic development is constrained. Therefore, the "two committees" of the community have repeatedly studied and discussed new ideas for community development. On the one hand, they integrate and develop the idle land resources of the community, and rent them. On the other hand, they solve the long-term barren state of land. On the other hand, farmers' income has increased.

While vigorously developing the economy and increasing the villagers' income, the community has always focused on protecting and improving the people's livelihood, and has taken serving the farmers wholeheartedly as the fundamental purpose to do a good job in the construction of people's livelihood projects. 1. Leaders should pay attention to it and increase investment to ensure that the comprehensive improvement of village environment is in place. In order to create and improve the rural environment, improve the living environment and economic development environment of the villagers, and further improve the living standards of the villagers, the community established the village comprehensive management leading group in March 2010, with the Secretary as the leader, the director as the deputy leader, and the members of the two committees as the first responsible person. The community has invested nearly 1.8 million yuan in this work. The details are as follows: 1) three engineering teams were organized to paint all the 46000 square meters of houses in qianshitang, with a cost of 690000 yuan. Colleagues demolished 2300 square meters of old buildings, warehouses and courtyard walls, with a cost of 280000 yuan, and invested 970000 yuan in qianshitang village. ② A large-scale environmental renovation was carried out along the main roads of other villages and groups, including 58000 square meters of whitewashed walls, which amounted to 340000 yuan, and more than 1000 square meters of demolished walls, which amounted to 200000 yuan. ③ 50 new dustbins, totaling 20000 yuan; 10 cleaning cars, totaling 15000 yuan; 10 new garbage rooms, totaling 15000 yuan; two new public toilets, totaling 160000 yuan; 147 toilets, totaling 50000 yuan. ④ Strengthen the long-term management of environmental sanitation, and add 10 new cleaners in the community. With the joint efforts of all Party members and cadres in the community, the environment of the community has taken on a new look, especially the blue sky, clear water and pleasant scenery of qianshitang village, which has attracted many people around to visit and become the famous "little Jiuzhaigou" in Nanjing. 2. Pay close attention to the social security work. First, we should conscientiously do a good job in providing for the "Five Guarantees" households and the "minimum living guarantee" households, confirming the disabled objects, and handling the formalities, and do a good job in the socialized management of the new combined medical treatment, the new rural insurance, and the retirees. The second is to provide employment services for the villagers. Relying on the community labor and social security station, it released employment information, provided 600 person times of re employment training for the laid-off and unemployed, introduced 320 people to re employment, and arranged 45 social security public welfare jobs. Third, the community dance team, Table Tennis Association, basketball association, fitness association and other non-governmental organizations were established, which effectively enriched the amateur cultural life of villagers. Pay close attention to the work of population and family planning. In 2010, there were 16 family planning people, none of them were born out of family planning, and the family planning rate reached 100%. We carried out family planning "monthly service" twice, with a total of 790 person times; arranged women of childbearing age to have free physical examination twice in Boai hospital and two cancer examinations once in Hengxi hospital, with a total of 200 person times. At the same time, we will continue to strengthen family planning services for the migrant population and basically achieve full coverage. Pay close attention to the infrastructure construction of livelihood projects. The community strictly implemented the standards and requirements of new rural construction in Jiangning District, and the livelihood project was carried out effectively. The details are as follows: 1. Nearly 500000 yuan has been invested to repair the cement road in yaotou village, 2 kilometers of which have been completed; 2. Nearly 500000 yuan has been invested to renovate the environment of zengzhuang village, building public toilets, filling the village pond as an activity square, which has changed the dirty, chaotic and poor environment of zengzhuang village in the past; 3. The water diversion project from the Yangtze River has been basically completed in each village; 4. Nearly 50000 yuan has been invested to renovate the community trunk road and individual self owned road However, the paving of roads in the village has greatly widened the main roads in the village, and changed the road environment and road congestion in the village. Pay attention to ecological protection and develop rural tourism. Closely around the opinions and requirements of ecological protection in the 12th Five Year Plan, the community strengthened the environmental protection of 5283 mu of forest land in the village, especially set up a special leading group to be responsible for forest fire prevention and sewage treatment. The community arranges special personnel to take turns to guard the woodland on holidays, implements the responsibility system, and brings the work into the salary assessment at the end of the year. In the second half of 2010, the community completed the civil engineering and equipment installation and commissioning of the sewage treatment station, and put it into trial operation in December. The sewage collection rate reached 90%, and the daily processing capacity of the treatment station reached 150 tons. At the same time, on the basis of protecting the ecological environment, according to local conditions, we increased investment in the construction of soft and hard infrastructure of qianshitang rural tourism, built a tourism Avenue, and accelerated the sustainable and healthy development of community tourism.
