Xinxing community is a community under the jurisdiction of Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province.

The new community is located in the north of Nanhai District of Foshan City, located in the central area of Lishui town. In 2005, when the South China Sea area was adjusted, the management of the urban area was placed in the management of the new community, with an area of about 1.8 square kilometers. It was composed of Xintiandi square, Huayuan, Grape Garden, Lijing garden, Xinjing building, Chaoyang Road, Xinxing road and Tong Jin Street. There are more than 3900 households with more than 12000 permanent residents and more than 3000 temporary residents. There are 28 leaders and staff members of the community neighborhood committee. There are four party branches and 260 party members under the general Party branch of the community. There are four resident groups of Xinxing, Fushou, Zhongyu and Mashe in the community.

Xinxing community is a political, economic and cultural center of Lishui town with advantageous geographical location and convenient transportation, 20 minutes' drive from Guangzhou and Foshan. There are "one-stop" community service center, community activity center, lishuiying theater, Yinian activity center and other office, service and activity places in the community. There are police room, Liuguan station, party and League activity room, table tennis room, library, song and dance activity room, Fushou leisure sports park, Street Park and other sports service facilities.
